DXL to create links between objects of 2 modules

Is there a DXL example program to automatically create links between objects of one module with objects of another module, please?

For example, Module A has objects with object identifiers such as MOD-A-1, MOD-A-2, MOD-A-3 , ... MOD-A-200 .... etc

To keep programming simple, entire object text of Module B has only one of the above IDs and no other characters.

Each object's text of Module B consists one of the above listed Identifiers of Module A.

I need a DXL that goes through each of the Module B objects, takes the Module A's ID that is in the Module B's object text.
The DXL searches for the object in Module A that has the ID extracted from the object text of the Module B's object and
creates a link from Module A's object to the Module B's object.

Thanks
Mike

When you say "I need a DXL" are you a) saying, that you want someone of this forum make this script for you, or b) are you saying that you want to make that script and need help doing it? b) has a much higher probability of someone helping you on this, but for this you would need to come up with a specific problem description.

I am sure if you search through the code already in the forum you will find something that comes very near to what you are asking. Also you should check if the link by attribute functionality of the DOORS client (the script should also not be protected) is not what you are looking for.

Thanks, Mathias.

I got portions of the code working. I am using a nested loops to go through module A and module B. Once, I get this code working, I will try to rewrite using skip list. Thanks.
